Description

Prospect Mill was a weaving mill built in 1887 to the designs of Scott and Sons In 1891, owned by the Platt Lane Manufacturing Co, it held 416 looms. Its 280hp mill engine was built by Douglas & Grant of Kirkcaldy. In 1910 the water tower was built. It is now a business centre.
