Update Oct 2025
A campaign is underway to secure funding for the restoration of the building, The repair costs are expected to be significantly higher than the initial budget, partly due to the building's listed status, which requires specific, more expensive materials. Local councillors and the MP are involved in efforts to find alternative funding sources.
